Unique Aspects of SkyCrypt
The project started as a side-project by the Hypixel team and soon became one of their most popular features.
The project is lead by a few developers and contributors, who spent most of their time working on the server’s client.
SkyCrypt has many features, including an easy to use interface, comprehensive breakdowns of your stats (including analysis of personal bests), and live updates from the Hypixel servers.
The goal of this is to provide a simple, lightweight, and efficient stats viewer for players that only require basic data.
It’s designed for players without the need for complex features or statistics.
This allows you to explore the stats of other players, watch games through the eyes of their player, and even download their worlds!
Step 1: Open SkyCryptClick on the “SkyCrypt” button in your toolbar and it will open a new tab.
Next, hover towards the top of the screen to find and click on “Online Players.”
Step 2: Find Player’s UsernameType a username into the search bar to find that player!
If you’re having trouble finding them, you can select “Search by Server” and type in their server name to find them that way.
It currently has a basic overview of the top players and teams in the server, but has a number of planned features to improve on this.
SkyCrypt provides an in-depth overview of key metrics such as the number of visitors and hours played, total number of buildings and levels, average play sessions per day, unique players and more.
This application is built with ReactJS and Redux, allowing for a smooth interface experience across all devices.
